By using our Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

1. Acceptance

This document (hereinafter, the 'Contract') establishes the terms and conditions of TriaMallorca, SLU, with address at ******************** ********************************, which will be applicable to the access and use by the User of this web page (the 'Website'). Please read this Agreement carefully.

By accessing, consulting or using the Website, Users (“You”, “you”, “User”, or “user”) agree to comply with the terms and conditions established in this Agreement. In the event that you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Website.

TriaMallorca SLU (hereinafter, “TM”) reserves the right to update this Agreement whenever they deem appropriate. Consequently, we recommend the User periodically review the modifications made to the Contract

This Website is addressed exclusively to people residing in Mallorca - Balearic Islands (SPAIN). Users residing or domiciled in another country who wish to access and use the Website will do so at their own risk and responsibility, so they must ensure that said access and/or use complies with the applicable legislation in their country.

2. License

All material displayed or offered on the Website, including but not limited to graphic material, documents, text, images, sound, video, audio, illustrations, software and HTML code (collectively, the 'Content'), is the exclusive property of TM or the companies that provide such material.

The Content is protected by Spanish, United States and international copyright laws, as well as by other laws, regulations and rules applicable to intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this contract, and/or unless by legal imperative this is expressly permitted by derogatory laws of those currently in force, the User may not (i) use, copy, modify, display, delete, distribute, download , store, reproduce, transmit, publish, sell, resell, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from, the Content. Nor may you (ii) use the Content on other Web pages or in any means of communication, such as, for example, in a network environment, without the prior written authorization in this regard from TM.

All trademarks, service marks and logos (hereinafter, the 'Trademarks') displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of TM and their respective owners.

The User may not use the Trademarks in any way without the prior written authorization of TM and the respective owners.

3. Information provided by the user

TM reserves the right, at its free JUDGMENT, to eliminate, withdraw, refuse to reflect or block any Information provided by the User that TM considers unacceptable. In the event that TM receives any notification about the unacceptability of certain information provided by users, TM may, at its discretion, investigate said information.

The User assumes and accepts that TM may keep a copy of the Information provided by the User, and disclose said information to third parties if it deems it necessary to:

(i) protect the integrity of the Website;

(ii) protect the rights of TM;

(iii) comply with a court order;

(iv) comply with any legal process;

(v) enforce the rights and actions that assist TM under this Agreement; and

(vi) satisfy any request related to the infringement of rights of third parties.

4. General ban

By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees NOT to:

(a) fail to comply with all laws, regulations and rules applicable at the local, state, provincial, national level (Spain), as well as any other applicable legislation such as laws against labor discrimination or laws for equal opportunities in employment, where applicable;

(b) infringe intellectual property and privacy rights, including but not limited to patent (copyright) rights, database rights, trademarks or know-how of third parties;

(c) download, post, transmit or store material that:

• Is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, misleading, harmful, threatening, harassing, obscene or objectionable;

• infringes the contractual or confidentiality obligations of the User;

(l) falsify the header information in the email; or

5. Use of the site and specific obligations

the User shall:

(a) use the Website only for legally permitted purposes or to collect the information provided on the website;

The User must use their own good judgment, caution and common sense when disusing the Related Sites and, for this, we recommend reviewing the conditions of use and the privacy terms governing said Related Sites. TM reserves the right to remove from its Website all the Related Sites of which it has real knowledge that they are infringing the rights of third parties and/or whose content violates the applicable legislation, or if required by a court order or administrative ordinance.

Links to our website are not allowed without the express prior written authorization of TM. The User may not, either alone or in collaboration with other people, expand, modify, substitute, amend or limit, in whole or in part, the information offered on our website or its functional applications. In addition, the User may not, either alone or in collaboration with other people, create or install links from their own Web page or from third-party websites, to this Web page (whether through hypertext links, deep-linking, framing, by means of codes or otherwise), neither in whole nor in part, without the prior written consent in this regard from TM.
